Rebecca Theis has over twenty years of experience in the banking and investment industries in Madison, WI and Denver, CO; from private banking with business owners/high net worth individuals to trust administration of various types of trusts and estate administration. Most recently, she became a Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Wind River Trust Company. Prior to joining Wind River Trust Company, Rebecca held trust officer positions at Guaranty Bank and Trust Company, Steele Street Bank and Trust and CoBiz Financial.

Rebecca has served on several Boards including the Denver Children’s Advocacy Center, CoBiz Cares Foundation and Women’s Estate Planning Council. She also recently completed her term as President of the Junior League of Denver, a women’s philanthropic organization that was founded in 1918. In addition to her Board responsibilities, Rebecca and her devoted yellow lab Stella, who has since passed away, were a certified Therapy Team with Denver Pet Partners and volunteered at Swedish Hospital visiting patients and their families, local schools for literacy night, and The Bridge Project (an after-school tutoring program).

Rebecca holds a BA in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, she completed Cannon Trust School I, II and III, and holds the Certified Trust Financial Advisor designation.
